THE FIELD LOG

A place for people who measured.

AI talk peaks before go-live. The useful part happens at month six, and it rarely gets written down.

mitl.to is not a forum. Each thread hangs off a post: an opinion, a pattern or a calculator. You respond with what you tried and what happened.

For AI leads, platform owners, builders and the occasional dreamer — anyone accountable for whether the thing gets used.

HOW RESPONSES GET IN

Every response is read before it appears, once a day. That keeps pitches and bots out without asking you to make an account.

Sign-in with GitHub, and an optional verified role through LinkedIn, come later. Until then your email stays private and is used only to tell you when your response is up.

RESPONSE TYPE

Used only to tell you when your response is up, or why it isn't. No newsletter unless you subscribe.

Disagree with a post? Show us your numbers. Counter-evidence is the most welcome response here.
